We have a team of in-house designers, engineers and production managers that work closely with our clients to ensure every project is successful and surpasses our client’s expectations. Whether it’s a one off custom part or an entire Theme Park, our team has the knowledge and experience to make it happen. We have an extensive and impressive track record for creating custom 3D objects for clients all around the world and we are continually challenging ourselves, proving that we are leaders in our industry. |

3D Modeling / Scanning | ||||
We have the ability to take your idea or concept and create a custom 3D model that can then be used for prototyping or manufacturing. We can even perform a number of simulated structural tests on a design to ensure its design is sound. |

We utilize a diverse array of powerful CAD/CAM software packages to accomplish any tasks that come before us. With the use of SolidWorks, Powershape, Rhino, ArtCAM, GeoMagic and a number of other programs, we can work with any Cad file in the market place. This allows us to easily convert data to our manufacturing facility so it can be machined on our 3 axis or 5 axis CNC mills. | ||||

Our medium of choice is Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), because of its light weight, ease of machining, workability and cost. Once we’ve machined a part from EPS, we can hard coat and finish it or coat the foam and create moulds for multiple part creation. Completed parts can then be moved to our paint department where they are primed, painted and clear coated with automotive grade products. |
