Using proprietary techniques, FormaStone™ products perfectly capture the intricate details and texture of natural stone, wood, travertine, coral stone, concrete, and brick.

Lower Costs

For a fraction of the costs, FormaStone products perfectly duplicate the texture, beauty and elegance of natural stone, wood, cast stone and brick. FormaStone’s lightweight construction allows for easier installation and eliminates the need for costly load bearing walls and substructures resulting in savings up to 40% of installed costs of natural materials.

Natural Beauty and Texture

With several colors to choose from or custom capabilities, elements are painted at the factory using the highest quality UV resistant finishes that will not chip, crack, or peel, and carries a 10 year UV fade warranty.

Lightweight Construction

FormaStone™ is much lighter than natural materials, weighing less than 1 lb. per square foot, which saves cost in transport, installation and labour. Lightweight FormaStone™ products are an ideal solution for fast-track construction and can be used in full replacement of natural material applications that typically require large heavy element profiles that are difficult, costly to install, and unsafe in the event of an installation error.

Extremely Durable

FormaStone™ products are manufactured from a proprietary high-density resin system that offers an overall 18 - 22 pound density per cubic foot making these products capable of providing many years of durable service even in the harshest environments.

FormaStone meets ASTM 84 fire and smoke test.

Resistant to Moisture and Pests

FormaStone™ features a "closed cell" structure that doesn't absorb water, prevent rot, cracks, or splits which are common with styrofoam and other similarly marketed products. Our resin-based methods make our products impervious to insect damage.

Easy Installation & Maintenance

FormaStone's™ lightweight construction allows for ease of handling. Installation is accomplished with simple carpenter tools, industrial adhesive, finishing nails using an air stapler or air nailer, and colour matched calking if required. Any construction concrete screw is acceptable for surfaces other than wood. FormaStone™ products can be cleaned with a simple mild soap and water solution, or be repainted and stained.
